How Packages work

  1. Sign up to Packages in the Starship Deliveries App. After signing up you will receive your personal Starship Address.

  2. When ordering online, simply replace your normal delivery address with your new personal Starship address. We will then receive your packages.

  3. Within minutes of your package arriving at our local Hub we will send you a text message.

  4. When you find a time that suits you for your delivery, just open the App and your package will be delivered within the hour by a friendly robot.
