We’d like to share an update and express our gratitude. Since we launched in Mountain View, the positive feedback we’ve received has been truly uplifting. The videos you’ve sent us have kept us smiling as well, thank you.

As you may have seen on the Starship app, we’ve been busy testing new areas of the neighborhood and trialling new stores. We’re now working hard to provide more robots to serve these new areas and open up additional store locations permanently. So for those who are missing us, or can’t order from us right now because we changed the service area – we’ll be back ASAP when more robots arrive, ready to meet demand in the wider community!

We care deeply for Mountain View, and we’ll continue to offer free delivery for healthcare workers. We know the past few months have been tough for everyone, so we’d like to thank you again for giving our robots such a warm and friendly welcome.
