The service

What is Packages?

Packages is a service for getting your packages delivered to you when you are actually home. We’ll catch and hold your packages – and then deliver them to your door when you request them via our app. We deliver packages seven days a week whenever Starship service is open.
Where is Packages available?

The service is available in Milton Keynes, UK, wherever Starship operates in. You can see our exact delivery area by downloading the Starship Deliveries app from Apple AppStore or Google Play Store.

Which merchants does Packages work with?

You can use Packages with any online merchant.

How do I sign up?

If you live in Milton Keynes and would like to use Packages you can download our free Starship Deliveries app –available both for iOS and Android– and check whether we operate in your neighborhood. Starship Packages are available wherever Starship operates in Milton Keynes.

To sign up for Packages you can click to Monkston in your app, choose the Packages tile and then fulfill the registration information. Once you’ve finished signing up we’ll create you a personal Starship Delivery Address. You can now immediately start using that address when ordering online.
How do I use the service?

To use Packages order your online purchases to your personal Starship Delivery Address instead of your home. Remember to include your unique customer code as the surname when ordering.

Whenever we receive your package we’ll notify you via a text message. The packages you have received are displayed in the Packages section of your app.

How do I use my Starship Delivery Address?

When you check out of an online merchant enter your Starship Delivery Address instead of your home address as the delivery destination.
I’ve forgotten my delivery address – where can I find it?

You can always find your personal address in the app. Look for it at the bottom of your Packages view.
How do I change my delivery address?

Your Starship Delivery Address is not tied to any specific delivery destination. Each time you request a package delivery you can freely set where you want the packages delivered to.

How do I receive a delivery?

When you are ready to receive your packages you can order them via the Starship app. Browse to your Packages screen. You can check the estimated delivery time that our service offers. Once you are ready to order tap “Deliver packages” button. You’ll be asked to confirm the request. Once the delivery is confirmed we’ll load your packages in a robot and send it on its way. You can now follow the progress of the delivery in your app.
Can I have wine delivered to me?

We will check recipients ID and verify that they are over 18 upon completing the delivery.
Can my friend send me a package?

As long as your friend has you Starship Delivery Address they can send you packages via the service.
How long will you hold my packages?

We hold packages for 30 days. If the package is not collected within that time we will get in touch with you personally.

How much does the service cost?

Packages costs £7.99 a month for an unlimited number of deliveries.
How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription please call our customer support. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
