We provide you with straight forward merchant tools to support your team to receive, prepare and dispatch customer orders. The key hardware assets we provide are a tablet and a printer.
How do you receive orders in your store?
Orders are received via the Starship Kitchen App. This is placed in your restaurant near to the POS, where it is easily visible and accessible to staff
1. New Pickup order
‘New orders’ column on the left shows an order from the customer.
2. Order in progress
Once the incoming Pickup order is tapped it is moves to the “In progress” column and a ticket is printed
3. Order ready for Pickup
Once the order has been prepared the preparer moves it to the “Done” column. The order card disappears once the customer has marked in their app that they have picked the order up
The printed ticket follows the order from preparation through to customer handover
Customer pickup
Customers collect their orders from either outside or inside your premises. They simply present their order number on their phone.
