In this unprecedented situation, we want our robots to be used as efficiently as possible by the community, which is why we’re implementing a £10 min basket. We have been hearing feedback from the community about implementing this, to ensure each robot is loaded with as much as possible for each customer, and to avoid small one or two item deliveries which take a robot out of the fleet for a long period of time. This is a temporary change that we are constantly reviewing.
Please also note that items are limited to the following amounts per customer:
Max 2 items per customer.
No limits, except on eggs (max 1 per customer) and hand sanitizer (max 2 per customer).
